Enteric Coated Tablets


Each enteric coated tablet contains:

Active ingredient:

Omeprazole              20 mg

Clarithromycin           250 mg

Tinidazole                 500 mg

Inactive ingredients:

Mannitol, Croscarmellose sodium, Povidone k 30, Sodium laurylsulphate, Purified talc, Magnesium stearate, Methacrylic acid co-polymer, Sodium hydroxide, Polyethylene glycol 6000, Dibutyl Phithalate, Titanium dioxide, Polysorbate 80, Quinolone yellow and patent blue.


Pharmacological Actions:

Peptic Care tablets contain break through and carefully selected formula for the eradication of helicobacter pylori organism, hence the management of both gastric and duodenal ulcer. Peptic care with its unique combination of a long acting and specific antibiotic (Clarithromycin), an efficient proton pump inhibitor (Omeprazole) and a powerful antibiotic agent with activity against anaerobes (Tinidazole) plays a crucial role in the safe eradication of the Gram-ve anaerobic organism helicobacter pylori which is per the recent studies is responsible for and associated with most of the upper gastrointestinal disorders e.g.: gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, moderate and severe reflux oesophagitis.


Eradication of H.pylori with the objective of reducing the recurrence of duodenal and gastric ulcer caused by this organism.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, the usual dose of Peptic Care is two tablets / day for two weeks preferably during meals.
